Yunnan Hopen Green Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, and provides pickled peppers, pickled gingers, pickled cabbages and sour cowpeas. The sale of the company is about USD 46 million annually. Our company has a staff of more than 1,000 people, and covers an area of more than 80 acres. Besides, our company also got "Agricultural Industrialization Key Leading Enterprise" award.
Innovation is the key driver of our company. Hopen is now cooperating with the Yunnan Agricultural Sciences Research Center to strengthen the yield, quality and safety of peppers. The cooperation with the Yunnan Microbiology Research Center devotes to the isolation, identification and preservation of bacteria in the pickling process. Now Hopen holds 17 national patents, and the pickled peppers are verified as Class A green food by China Green Food Development Center.
In the past, Hopen focuses on domestic market and supplies to Master Kong, Jinmailang, Baixiang, Lee Kum Kee and other large groups. In order to ensure quality and quantity of our supply, we have built a large network of raw material supply. At present, Hopen has more than 100,000 acres of vegetable planting base, and can provide more than 1 million tons per year of fresh vegetables to pickles.
In the future, Hopen will try to open up international market to provide pickles to the world.
